- Our boat is fully open to offer you the most immersive and enjoyable experience. However, this also means that, in case of rain, umbrellas are the only protection available on board. Please check the weather forecast beforehand and dress accordingly
- Please arrive 5 minutes before departure. As this is a public boat experience, we are unable to wait for late arrivals
- This is a shared experience, so we kindly ask all guests to respect the comfort and atmosphere of fellow passengers
- Drinks are available for purchase on board. Bringing your own drinks is not permitted
- There is no toilet on board. Public toilets are available at the MAS Museum, next to the departure location
- The boat is 100% electric, offering a quiet and comfortable cruising experience
- Our crew is happy to assist guests when boarding
