Description

Your harbour adventure begins at the quay, where you step aboard a comfortable, fully electric salon boat with room for up to 49 passengers. As the boat glides away, you'll notice how quiet it is. With no engine noise, you can simply enjoy the water, the fresh air and the changing scenery around you. Your route takes you through Antwerp's old harbour, the area where the city's port story began. The tour starts next to the striking MAS museum, afterwatrds we continue to the Port House, the port authority building with its sparkling glass extension on top of a historic fire station. Further along, you'll see the historic dry docks and old warehouses standing right next to modern architecture, with lively terraces along the water's edge. Seen from the water, the harbour looks completely different from what you'd see walking along the quay. If the weather turns, there's no need to worry. The salon keeps you warm and dry, and the large windows still give you a great view, so the tour is enjoyable all year round. After about one hour, you return to the quay with new insights into Antwerp's harbour and plenty of photos to take home.
